Owner/Art Director
Graphic Artists, Inc.
April 1998 - June 2005
Created in the spring of 1998, this 3-person business would become one of my greatest achievements as a working artist. The clients Graphic Artists, Inc. has worked with include every background imaginable, from large corporations to small business and even rock bands.
My function in Graphic Artists, Inc. was to provide custom illustrations, graphics and web design to our various clientele. Over the years, two of the three founding members left the business to pursue other endeavors, leaving me as the sole proprietor.
I often utilize the talent of other gifted artists around the Atlanta area, directing them with the friendly encouragement of someone with a firsthand understanding of what it means to be a working designer.
Throughout the years, Graphic Artists, Inc. has gone through ups and downs, but has often been my sole source of income. The challenges of being a small business owner has given me the drive, humility and leadership skills to succeed in a very challenging industry.
